Aches & Pains

Its is quite common for people to have an ache or pain that isn't related to sports or any obvious cause.

Neck pain (possibly related to posture or past strain) that affects us when we are sleeping. Do you have elbow pain even though you don't play tennis? Persistent hip pain when you are not a runner? Or pain under the heel that you think is Plantar Fasciitis.

All of the above and many more are signs and symptoms that just have not healed with time and rest, your own massaging or from foam rolling. If this is the case, then you need a diagnosis and a rehabilitation plan that involves a number of specific treatment elements that you are obviously not currently doing. That's why problem may be chronic.

Make an appointment with one of our physiotherapists and finally do something about getting better.
