Clinical Pilates
What is clinical pilates?
Pilates is mind-body exercise that evolved from the therapeutic principles of Joseph Pilates focusing on improving posture, strength, flexibility, and efficiency of movement. Clinical pilates progresses this further to account for injuries, pain and specific needs to ensure the exercises you complete are tailored to the individual.
Our clinical pilates classes incorporate reformers (pictured above), trapeze table, mat work and traditional resistance training depending on your personal preferences and are all run by DMA-certified instructors.
Our clinical pilates is suitable for those of all ages and fitness ability as each class is tailored to you and your goals.
